Shipping Methods and Charges
Once an order is invoiced and dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details and a easy step link to track your parcel.
Delivery will take place within 1 working day for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas from date of dispatch.
Main Centres (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and East London)
Outlying areas – All regional areas
Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd is unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as some factors are beyond our control.
Delivery is during office hours only, to either a work or home address. Kindly note that we deliver via courier company please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Private bags.
All items carry a delivery fee of R75.00 incl. VAT. Free shipping on all orders over R450. Kindly note that any promotions on free delivery apply to the once off delivery only and not returns or exchanges.
Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will attempt to call you to arrange another delivery. Should the courier company not be able to deliver for a second time, the purchase will be returned to Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd. Any re-delivery will carry an additional delivery fee of R75.00 incl. VAT per item.
Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd will only deliver within South Africa.
